In the realm of social science and management research, theory testing plays a crucial role. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a widely used approach for theory testing. This Faculty Development Programme (FDP) is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the process involved in testing theoretical models using two types of SEM: Covariance-based SEM and Partial Least Squares-based SEM. The FDP will extensively employ the SmartPLS software, a powerful tool for conducting SEM analyses.
